How much Kombucha should I drink in a day?

The general rule of thumb is to limit your intake to 2 x 240-ml servings per day.


If you've never had kombucha, start out with just drinking half a bottle.


How to drink: (50ml each time)

- For digestion: Drink after the meal

- For weight loss: Drink 10-15 minutes before each meal

- For energy boost: Drink first thing in the morning or pre-workout

- For refreshment: Drink anytime, anywhere!
